Knitting and Nattering in Blackpool

Knitting is a very popular hobby and my wife has taken to visiting the Westcliffe Hotel in Blackpool that has evenings and holiday breaks for knitters. They can also natter or just listen, drink tea or whatever. These have been run since 2006 and have proved popular. The breaks usually have talks and visits as well as knitting.

Full details are on the website below. The Westcliffe Hotel is just off the North Promenade near the Savoy Hotel at Gynn Square. North Shore has good views to the Lake District and is a decent walk into Blackpool Centre if you like a stroll. Trams and buses run past the end of King Edward Avenue. Street parking is free or the car park on nearby Gynn Square is only £1.50 for 8hrs (or is it longer, can't remember).
